CASINO WARS is the management game that trains project managers with real life simulation in successful application of risk management skills. It is a board game that consists of 4 casinos. 3 play rounds, various types of risks and of course … a dice.
The actions
On the ‘Strip’ in Las Vegas, the ‘Ambition Group’ has bought four pieces of land. This investment firm is willing to invest in the largest Mega Casino that offers the best management. The four teams must show in three years which casino is the biggest and most successful.
The game learns you to handle risks on an effective, pro active way. The game is being played with 4 teams and has 3 playing rounds. In every game round there will be risks for every team that needs to be controlled as good as possible.
Led by experiences game leaders , the players will learn proactively to deal with risks, identify them and organise effective countermeasures. During the game the players will constantly receive feedback. Realising the budget and controlling the budget with the goal to make the biggest turnover and profits central in this day.
Who should play?
CASINO WARS is particularly suitable for project teams that wants to optimize their risk management skills and their effectiveness as a team. Knowledge of PRINCE2 and M_o_R® is recommended but not required.
